Important notices on the use of this website, our intellectual property, and attribution for the images and content displayed here.

This Disclaimer governs your use of the TML Remittance Center Sdn Bhd ("TML", "we", "us" or "our") website. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Disclaimer. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the website or the information, products, services or related graphics contained on it. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any currency or financial product. Foreign exchange and remittance decisions should be made based on your own circumstances and, where appropriate, independent professional advice. Displayed services are subject to eligibility, verification and applicable regulatory requirements.
Any exchange rates, fees or charges shown on this website are indicative only and are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable rate and fees for any transaction are those confirmed by TML at the time the transaction is accepted. Please refer to section 8 and 9 of our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Branch locations, operating hours, service availability, country coverage and other operational details may change from time to time. We recommend verifying critical information — such as a branch's opening hours or a specific payout corridor — by contacting us directly before relying on it.
News articles, event announcements, promotions, campaigns and other updates published on this website (including in our News & Events section) are accurate as at their date of publication only. Such content may become outdated over time, and we are under no obligation to update it. Events, promotions and campaigns may be changed, postponed, extended, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, and may be subject to separate terms and conditions, eligibility criteria and availability. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific terms of a promotion or the confirmed terms of a transaction shall prevail over general information published on this website.
Branch locations, map markers, routes and distance information shown on this website (including on our Branch Locator) are provided for general guidance only and are approximate. Map data and imagery are supplied by third-party providers — including OpenStreetMap, CARTO and Google Maps — whose accuracy, availability and content we do not control or guarantee. A map marker indicates an approximate position and may not reflect the exact entrance, unit number or parking access of a branch. "Directions" links open an external mapping service, and any route, travel time or distance shown there is an estimate generated by that provider. Distances calculated on this website (such as "nearest branch") are approximate straight-line estimates and do not represent actual travel distance. Where you choose to use the "Use My Location" feature, your device location is used only within your browser to find nearby branches and is not stored by us. We recommend confirming a branch's exact address, operating hours and available services with us before travelling.
This website may contain links to external websites that are not provided or maintained by TML, including Bank Negara Malaysia, app stores and social media platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness or completeness of any information on these external websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
