This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit www.i-tml.com, use the TML Remit app, or use our remittance, money exchange and currency services, and how that data is used and safeguarded.

3.Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data where it is necessary to perform our services, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed MSB, to protect against fraud and financial crime, and — for marketing communications — on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4.Disclosure of your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it only to:

• Payout partners, correspondent banks and beneficiary institutions necessary to complete your transfer.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption, access controls and secure systems — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7.Data retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy and to comply with our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations (including AML/CFT record retention requirements), after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
